"Hello I'm Rachael Richardson. I'm a Licensed Nutritionist and a Registered Dietitian with nutrolution.com. In this clip I'm going to show you how to choose the right vitamins and believe it or not choosing your vitamins is one of the most important things that you can do involved in taking vitamins and the reason is because of two things, one certain vitamins are going to be more bio available meaning that your body is actually going to be able to absorb them and use them which is the reason that you are taking them. The second reason is because certain vitamins if they are not high quality and if they are over-the-counter and made by a company that maybe isn't the highest quality they can actually become toxic in your body. You're going to need vitamins to take. In this case we have a couple of high quality vitamins, one is a Vitamin D3 supplement and the other one is a multivitamin that is made for people that are very sensitive. A lot of people will take Vitamin D because this one is extremely helpful for your immune system, your bones, your muscles, your nervous system, your brain and many other body systems that we haven't even determined yet that Vitamin D is used for. The second one many people will take is a multivitamin that is actually a powder meaning that you can mix it into a smoothie or take it in some water or juice and multivitamins are great insurance plans in case you are not getting enough nutrients during your day's diet. This is Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida."
