Hi my name is Ganapati and I'm a yoga teacher here at Synergy Center Yoga at North Beach, Miami. In this clip we're going to be doing yoga exercises for the face. The face is a very important part because this is what you see every day and you always want to maintain a good strong firm skin as well as good facial so the first exercise is actually the eyes. It's called eye exercises. You use the face, imagine the face of a clock in front of you and that you're gazing upon each so when we look at twelve o'clock you just look straight up. When we look at one o'clock go to the side, two, three, four, five, six, to the round, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve. That's just one side then we do the other side, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six to the Earth, five, four, three, two, one and back to twelve. You do this exercise three times for each side. At the end of that exercise you gently place your hands together and you rub. You want to create heat, enough heat that you feel your body, your hands nice and warm and then gently cupping the hands you place the hands right over your eyes. By doing this you are creating heat and at the same time you are allowing yourself to feel that soothing sensation of your hands. This is one part of the yoga face exercises. The next two steps are going to be very simple. We are going to start once again with the neck now. The neck is very important because we want to keep that nice little turkey waddle out of the way all the time right? So how this begins is very simple. We gently drop the chin down like this, then we lift the head up slowly, drop it back down, and bring it back up. Coming back to center we do that three times. We gently drop the chin back do down to the chest like this and then we gently roll it to the side. As we inhale we roll up and as you exhale we roll down. You want to do this for at least three times each side. This will allow you to firm, then the opposite side. Thank you. This has been Ganapati.
