Hi, my name is Michael Stewart, I'm the director of coaching for Miami Premier soccer. In this clip we're going to show you soccer striking tips, for good individual players, how they move off the ball, how they work together and where they finish off by playing the ball. As we see, we have three young ladies here standing, pretty much not indicative for a soccer game but just to go through the routine. We're going to play, go, as you see the motion of them moving in different directions and then getting the ball struck, putting pressure on the goal keeper. Players move from left to right, came around in different circles, so we're not showing. This also progressed from what we did with the individual striking off the ball, shooting off the ball. Here we go again ladies and go, ball goes wide, gives a run, turn and shoot. You see the other players covering the goal keeper, just in case he makes mistake, they can finish up. In this area we're going to see Lianna, she's going to take on Nichole in a very adjusted situation for one on one. She's going to take her on, show different skills as she goes to attack the goal, and go. As you see, she turns, pulls her body away and strikes the ball. Her movement was one of engaging the defender then taking what's called speed of play, and changing direction and then striking the ball. We'll see this with the young ladies also, as CC will get a ball and take on Sara to go towards goal. And go, takes her, switches feet, goal keeper advances, striker continues, and Sara will now take on Ashley with the same movement. And go, push the ball wide and shoot into the side nearly, and Lianna will do the same again with Nichole. Go, takes her, tries to switch. Now Nichole's on the reverse and shoot, beautiful. And as we go further, we'll see where the situation where there's going to be multiple players in the box using different parts of their bodies to shoot. No telling where it's coming, it could be in the air, it could be on the ground. And play, first time shot and there's a rebound, and we continue to play, ball. And as we go again, we see these ladies come around. And go, ball's in, first to the ball and finish, goal. This has been Michael Stewart, thank you.
