"Hi, my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer with Gold's Gym. I want to talk to you about some yoga, lung exercises. Basically, the breath is known as the prana or universal energy in yoga. So, it's real important to learn how to breath as you do exercises and it is quite challenging. I'm going to start with a warrior two pose which is a strong pose. So, you really want to bend that right knee, shoulders directly above hips; open the arms. So, when you're exercising, you have to remember to breathe. When you inhale, you want to feel the lungs full and exhale all the air out and then try it with movement. Inhale exhale so you've really started to breathe. It's going to relax the body and relax the mind. So, I'm going to go into a different pose. It's known as triangle. I'm going to reach over and revolve. So, as I'm holding this pose, I'm breathing, inhaling and exhaling. With every exhale, you're going to melt into this pose just a little bit deeper. I'm going to rise up into sun warrior. So, the leg is burning, but I'm really trying to relax my face, reach for the ceiling, reach down, reaching for the air and the earth. The leg is burning, but I'm breathing and getting through it. The breath can get you through anything. Inhale and exhale. So, those are just a few poses you can do. You just have to remember to breathe. Inhale. Palms come together as you exhale. Lower your hands right down in front of your heart, bowing forward. Namaste."
