Hi, I'm Mark the Shark with marktheshark.com. On this clip I want to show you how to tie a knot on a braided fishing line. Here we have some braided fishing line about 200 pound test. What I did was pull about 15 feet of line off the reel, o'kay and I have got my loop right here. I'm going to start my loop and do it about 20 times, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, o'kay. Now you want to tie it to something secure. I'll just use a cleat down here and come up with this here, o'kay and we have got it really nice and tight, come across here, and there we are going to tie some half pitches around this one, one, and then come across here, another half pitch, another half pitch right there, and another one, do a couple of these so it doesn't, won't come apart, nice and tight there and we'll get some more like this, one, two, three, o'kay that should hold it right there, and then we'll tie, cut this off here like that, o'kay and we'll take the end of this, take the end of this line and as you can see you've got braided line, you have got a double part here and it comes to a single and you want to get the end. If you want to tie your swivel on it, you can tie a swivel on it like this, just cut this off here, here and then we'll just tie it right on here, wrapping it up right now and that's your fishing knot on a braided line. I'm Mark the Shark. Thank you for watching.
