Now we're going to talk about how to reduce stretch marks with exercise. Stretch marks are created primarily if the muscle grows or the body grows too quickly for the body to handle it. So one of the key ways to reduce stretch marks is to reduce the amount of resistance that you are probably using, slow down the reps, try not to get too big too fast, high reps, light weights, medium weights are going to help you reduce stretch marks."
