"When shopping around for auto insurance; calling different companies, e-mailing different companies, whichever way you decide you want to handle that. Whether you want to, you know, do it face to face, over the phone, or online, basically, you want to remember to give each and every company the exact same information; same deductible amount, same limits. Because, if you're not comparing exactly the same thing with each company then the rates could be different and it might seem like you're getting the cheaper rate but you're not because you have less coverage, so you want to make sure that you have the same coverage with each company. If you aren't the type of person that likes to have face-to-face contact or telephone contact then, you know, you want to find a company that you like dealing with. Some companies are virtual offices. They're not necessarily have an office. Like, only an insurance has an office downtown in the Merganser Building. There's someone here from nine to five everyday. Sometimes, from eight to five or eight to six, depending on the client. If the client needs to come in at five thirty then we're going to be here at five thirty. Some people work out of their car or out of their home, so you might catch them here or there or what have you and some people like that, you know. It's just a matter of your personal preference as to what type of agent you want to work with."
