Hi this is Andrea Franklin and I'm an inline skating instructor here in Miami, Florida. In this clip I'm going to show you how to rotate Rollerblade wheels or what we call inline skating wheels. If you'll notice on this wheel from wear and tear you are going to notice an edge on this skate. When you start getting a little edge like that you know it's time to rotate that wheel so what you're going to do to take the wheel off is use your little tool here and these usually come with your skates. You're going to unscrew this, push your axle through and out of your skate, now you're going to take this wheel and you're going to flip it over. If you want to do it correctly however, you're going to take the wheels from this skate and put them on the wheels of your other skate but you always want to make sure that the worn out side faces the outside of your skate. This is going to give you a lot more push and not wear down your skate. Now we're going to put our axle right back where it came from, make sure it's flush in the frame, place your screw back into the hole, turn it nice and tight, make sure that you tighten it all the way and then give it a little turn back so that your wheels roll freely. Thank you for learning how to rotate wheels. I'm Andrea Franklin.
