"Hi my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. Want to talk to you today about how to slim down those legs. A great way to slim them down is going to be honest, is the diet. You want to make sure you are burning more calories then you are taking in. Another great way is to start with some lunges. So a great way to slim them down, a simple way is to step back and come back up. Now I'm stepping way back so I've got to ninety degree angles happening here. I'm not bending and making that knee go over the toe. I'm stepping straight back, soon as my foot hits the floor my knee drops, it's a great way to tighten and tone. Another way to do it. You can go down on the floor, you can place a weight on the outer thigh, lift and lower the leg. Keep the foot parallel. One more thing, circle, that's just going to trim the hips. And then reverse that circle, it's a great way to tighten and tone. But if you are serious about slimming those legs, you really need to think about introducing long distance running into your workout. I've never seen an obese worker or runner who goes for like twenty five miles a day. He's got the thin, tight legs and so does she. So I've never met an obese long distance runner. So those are just a few things you can do to slim down your legs."
