"This is Amelia Smith on behalf of Expert Village. We'll be talking about the care and styling of curly hair. We're going to lighten some of Laurens lazier curls. She is a little bit straighter from the top and a little bit more curly through the back which is actually quite common. So the top curls that are a little bit lazier you can twist around your fingers like this and actually pin them up or even just sort of tie them in a knot on top of your head. Let them air dry like that and if you do this all over your head you are going to get some great movement. Another trick that you can do is you can just take a little bit more of your product coat the hair and just really twist, cream gels are great for that because they don't get to crunchy and they have that support. They have the softness of the cream but the hold of the gel. So you can sort of wrap it around your finger and you get a little bit more movement out of that curl cause that is what you are looking for. Once her hair is dry we can always hit a few spots with the curling iron as well. As for her bangs we probably leave them a little bit more natural but her bangs are fairly straight so we'll just style them out of her face. Cause you don't want that straight bangs and curly hair look it looks to reminiscing of the 80s. Use your fingers your fingers and your hands are the best tools for styling curly hair."
