"This is Chris Fernandez here with Coran McMullen here at Flash Academy here in Salt Lake City, Utah and we're talking about how to become a faster boxer. There's a couple of ways you can do. One is this, there's drills that we do in the ring. Here we're going to demonstrate here where he holds his hands up and I'm going to punch four times and as soon as I'm finish, he punches four times; one, two, three, four; one, two, three, four. You could do this for as many rounds as you need to go for. Obviously you want to build your way up to it. You want to do at least two rounds with a minute in between, with a rest on that. Another one that we do is stand over him with my hands above and he just punches straight up. You do this for entire round and then when he finishes, we trade off. That's two drills that you could do on how to become a faster boxer and if you don't have anybody to do this with, just imagine somebody's standing above you with their hands over your head, you're just punching straight up."
