"I think temping agency is a good track for certain people. Again, you have to think of hiring agencies altogether. Sometimes they, hiring agencies will choose someone or will work with an organization to find candidates for positions. But before they actually will hire them on, a, a radar hiring agency hires someone on a permanent basis; their, everybody is going to be on a temporary status to begin with and so in the sense, any agency at one point is a temping agency. It will beneficial especially in, in today's economy because you may not be able to find that permanent position and you may not be able to do it on your own and so, temping agencies, the good thing about them is they work directly with certain organizations. For instance, GE has certain temping agencies that will work for them and those agencies know all about their organization; know about what it takes to work for them; what type of person would fit well in that organization. And, and that works well because sometimes that's difficult to find that on your own and you have to go through the interview process and; but these temping agencies can place, can place these people and so it, it definitely would be a good road for some people to take 'cause especially if you can't do it on your own."
