"Hi my name is Charlotte Skiles I'm a nutrition consultant and clinical herbalist with Eat in Peace wellness consulting located in Austin, Texas. And the question today is what is a sport's nutritionist. And the answer is pretty simple. A sports nutritionist is someone who is going to specialize in nutrition for people who do sports. And people who are athletic they are putting different demands on their bodies so a sports nutritionist can have a great conversation about what foods are going to be most nourishing for that particular athlete participating in that particular sport. So it can be very helpful to seek that sort of expertise. And that's what I have to say about sports nutritionist."
