"Hi, this is Casey Atkinson from Willie Driving School here in Logan, Utah. I'm going to talk to you a little bit about handicap parking requirements. All right. Let's talk a little bit about the actual handicap parking stall. So first of all, it'll be marked with an actual handicap sign, usually, like, a person in a wheelchair. And it should be one of the closest stalls to the actual store or building. In order to park in one of these stalls, you have to apply for it. Now, this is...these stalls are specifically for people with physical disabilities. This way, it's easier for them to get to the certain buildings. Now, if you're not...if you've not applied for these stalls, do not park in these stalls. You are a horrible person if you do. Just stay out. Usually, these cars that can park in there have a little sticker on their bumper...on their license plate or something hanging by their rearview mirror. So please leave those stalls open for people who are actually handicapped and need those stalls."
