How do I cure it? Well you can't necessarily cure it because you may be always prone to having migraine headaches but you can eliminate triggers that make them more frequent and severe. And the most common triggers are lack of sleep and there's nothing I can do for you if you don't get enough sleep. If lack of sleep is your trigger that's going to be difficult to do anything about except for getting more sleep. Stress is a big trigger but it's not the cause. And people often get upset when a family member suggests, it's all stress. It's not all stress. Stress is a contributing factor, it's a trigger but not the cause. But stress depletes your body of magnesium, one way that we think that stress causes migraine headaches.n So taking magnesium supplements, regular exercise will counteract this trigger, because you can't eliminate stress from someone's life.
