"Today we're going to discuss how to remove hair permanently from your body. There are a couple of ways to do this. The first way that most people choose, and have chosen for years, is electrolysis. Electrolysis is a method used where you would put a small needle inside of the follicle, and you would actually use a small electrical current to kill the follicle so that that no longer grows hair. This method is a little bit tedious, but it's very, very effective. I find it to be more effective than most hair removal methods for permanent hair removal. What you would do then is you would come back for multiple visits, so when you do electrolysis, you need to be prepared. It's going to take you know, probably thirteen to fifteen visits. Most people try to do it every few weeks. Most people find that the cost of electrolysis is pretty reasonable. It's around a dollar a minute, and the electrolysis service provider will basically, in that time that she is there with you, try to get as many hairs as she can. So, she'll just continually work, and you'll do multiple sessions and then once you have completed, and you feel like you've gotten all the hair removed that you want removed, you may find that after six months, three months, you may want to go back for one more clean up session there and maybe a couple years later, you might find a couple pieces that you just want to get rid of because what happens is the hair grows in different stages, and each time you visit that electrolysis, the hair might be in a different stage of growth, so it may not, the follicle may not have produced the hair yet for her to see it to remove, so it does take multiple visits and some patience. The second kind of hair removal that can be used for permanent hair removal is laser removal. This method is newer. It is not as effective. It does work. However, it takes many more visits. It can be quite costly. It's pain free, which is the major excitement about that type of hair removal method and you will find that between the two methods, what works really well is they're both effective with people who have darker hair. So if you have a light colored hair, the laser removal method is definitely not for you, and that would be the two kinds of options that we have for permanent hair removal."
