"Hi I'm Chris Bryce from superservice.com. Let's go over how to scan and remove viruses for free off of your computer. If you suspect that you may have a virus, and your computer is running slow or acting differently, and nothing else has changed, then you can determine to go ahead and scan the computer for a virus. The best way to do this, is to go on-line to either Norton Internet Security Check, which is off symantecs website, or you can go to, housecall.trendmicro.com, that's PC Silons product, or Trend Micro's product on-line, that allows you to scan your computer for free, and if it picks up a virus or a spyware, it will allow you the option to try to clean, or delete that file. If it's a problem where the virus isn't able to be scanned, or isn't able to be removed with those on-line software programs, you can try one of the mainstream, actual software products that are available at your electronic or computer dealers, and put that on your computer, and try to remove the virus. If you still can't do it, then I will try to take it to a local computer store. But the main ways to remove it for free, are to try to go on-line, do the scan on housecall.antivirus.com, or Norton's Internet Security Check, and then try to scan and remove the virus. That's the best way to scan and remove viruses from your computer, for free."
