"Hello my name is Fj Cava and I have an MBA from San Francisco State University in entrepreneurship. I'm also owner of the Bayview Webspot in San Francisco, California. I'm here to talk to you today about how to create a business plan. Business plans consist of four different categories, operations, management, marketing and finance. Operations deals with the category of how you are going to run your business, what hours you are going to be open, what days you are going to be open, how the functionality of your business is going to work. Management deals with the people of your business, the staff you are going to hire, the independent contractors you'd like to hire, what their job descriptions are and how you are going to pay them. Marketing obviously deals with how you are going to want to promote your product or service that you are going to sell to the general public, who the target market is and what is important about the product. Finally finance deals with the money aspects, how much money do you need for start up costs, how much are your monthly operating expenses, and then are you going to be profitable, how does that work? How are you going to make money at the end of the day? So if you want to find out more information you can go to the SBA website and download their on line business plan."
