"Hello, my name is FJ Cava, and I have an MBA from San Francisco State University in Entrepreneurship. I'm also owner of the Bayview Webspot in San Francisco, California. Today, I'm going to talk to you about how to determine your business plan's marketing strategy. There are many components, but one you need to clearly understand is about what the product or service is that you're going to deliver. Know your target audience. This is one of the most important things to figure out how you're going to send a message. Where do they buy their stuff? Where do they live? Where do they purchase the goods or services that are similar to the goods and services that you're looking to sell? Know what your competitors are doing, and learn from them. Competitors are excellent resources to figure out where and...your clients are buying this products that you're trying to sell. Also, another important point of a strategy is that a strategy is the overall framework that you're going to use in order to implement your marketing plan. A strategy consists of the 10,000 view look as to what to implement when. So for instance, you could have TV, radio, or Web promotions, and the strategy talks about how those promotions integrate into a whole marketing strategy. Thanks."
