"Did you know that what you eat and drink can affect the health of your hair just as much as the products you actually use to shampoo and condition? I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today, we are going to learn some homemade herbal remedies to care for your hair. Things to keep in mind: health comes from within, so things that you will want to increase in your diet are healthy vegetables and fruits to increase the hair growth and to help with having shiny hair. Also, foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids like fish -- cold-water fish. Now, what you will want to do onto your hair, you may want to consider almond oil and also coconut oil. You need very little -- just about a teaspoon or so -- that you mix. Massage your scalp very, very gently for about 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse some chamomile essential oil, then shampoo with a shampoo that contains aloe vera plant -- very, very good for your hair. It will hydrate your hair, nourish your scalp. Same thing for your conditioner: make sure it contains the herb aloe vera. And that is as simple as that. You can eat yourself gorgeous. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today, we just learned a homemade herbal remedy for your hair."
