"Are you looking to hire a graphic designer, my name is Kelly, and I'm here to offer you some helpful tips when looking to hire a graphic designer. Some things that you should consider when hiring a graphic design artist, would be to look a their portfolio. I'd want to know if hiring a graphic designer, that the person and I had a shared vision, and they have the same type of artistic outlook as I did. I'd also want to check their references, and make sure that the people that they've worked with in the past, have been happy with their work. Do you have a time line that you're working within? Make sure that the person that you select to be your graphic designer has the ability to complete the project within the constraints that you have, you don't want to have a project where you have a deadline to meet and the person that you select can't make the same deadline that you can. Also, keep in check with your graphic design artist, make sure that along the project, that they have the shared common goal that you do, and you're both moving forward in the same direction. It would be horrible if you started a project and when the end result was presented, it wasn't what you had in mind in the first place.
