"The feet are also sensitive. With foot tattoos you really need a good artist who is going to be able to saturate that ink in there. Feet and the hands are very different then the rest of the body in the sense that they're constantly, they're, well they're constantly being bumped and the regenerative nature of the tissue on the hands and feet is different then it is, like if you just feel it, you can tell. It feels different you know then all over the rest of your body. So with the regenerative nature of the tissue, the fact that you have a highly skilled artist that's going to be able to accomplish that is even more important. Just because somebody can do a really good tattoo on a thigh for example, does not mean that they will be able to do your hands, face, neck, throat or feet. So you want somebody with experience. Yet again. The more experience someone has the better the execution is going to be. And that's really for all body parts though you know. A young artist, you don't want to be the first, the first time a guy worked on a foot. Lets put it that way."
