"I'm Ross Skrudland, and this is how to hit a Double Up. First of all, I'm going to go over what hitting a Double Up is all about. First of all, what a Double Up is, is a boat coming back through it's own wakes, hitting both wakes and creating a wake twice the size, of what it normally is, so when you drive a Double Up, and it's coming around, you're going to come back through the wakes, and as the rider edges out in between the circle, in the middle of the circle coming back in, the boat is going to go over those wakes. Now, there's three rollers, typically. The first one is usually the smallest. Second one is pretty much the normal one people hit, and the third one, which is the hardest to get to, is going to be the steepest and biggest. Now, when you come back through that, and you're edging in for your Double Up. What you're going to do, is when you start coming in, it's all about timing. It's very important that you've got your edge timing down, so you can hit that Double Up, at the exact spot you want to. If you miss your timing before or after the Double Up, you're going to miss all your pop, and it could end up in a crash, so when you're coming through, be sure to keep your eye on the two rollers, the V. It's going to make a V shape. One roller, and the other roller, and you want to time it so you're right in that V, maybe just right before it, so you're getting both of those wakes together, to get the pop that you need."
