"NASA has been using more robot technology for a number of years now. Probably you all have seen Mars Rovers exploring on the south face of Mars. In the long run NASA will like to send both astronauts and robot into Mars and robot can help build bases also explore together with astronaut. And do some maintenance work. This is a picture of Mars Rovers. It has a solar panel to generate power as a communication device to communicate with base on Earth. And camera and other sensors to observe the environment and also it has a small gripper to pick up some surface materials and analyze on the spot and send the information back to Earth."
