"Hi, I'm Chris Bryce from superservice.com, I'd like to talk to you about how to choose a laptop. When you're choosing a laptop computer, there's a few things to keep in mind. One of the main things is what you're going to be using a laptop for. If you're going to be using it for just home, or office use, or even going off to college, then you may be able to get by with just a value line laptop computer. If you're looking at trying to do video editing, or graphic editing of any kind, then you may need to go with a higher end computer, or even a customizable computer. Most of the leading manufacturers will allow you to customize laptops on line, choosing your processor, the amount of memory you need, hard drive, video card, and now even colors. When you're choosing your laptop, I wouldn't be too concerned about upgradeability, so if you want to be able to upgrade in the future, I would look at trying to go with a value line laptop, and then purchasing a separate laptop later when you're ready to upgrade. Because the only main features of the laptops, that can be upgraded normally, are hard drives and memory. This isn't going to do much for you in the lines of graphic editing or video design later on. So, if you want a beginner PC now, that's something that you can do by getting the value laptop, and then later you can upgrade by getting a higher end laptop that will do the things that you need to do graphically. Those are the main things to consider when choosing a laptop."
