"There's a technology that's available to businesses now that wasn't available as long ago as even two and three years, I say long, it's recent. That's called the webcam. It's got a very, very strong use for businesses. Particularly let's say you have an office here and an office in Europe, if each of you have a webcam you can have a call and you can see each other, you can show each other things over the webcam, as opposed to setting up a web of our own making it all very complicated to do. Computers can have a device that sits on there that's an actual little camera for the web, or you can have a laptop, and on the laptop right there they've built in a camera for the web to take place. So it's good to have a conversation, see face to face, see what's going on. Body language gives a lot away, if you're in sales, if you're just in communication it can also help you. I do training and I've got a client in California and using webcam we can talk, we can work together, we can see each other, we can laugh, we can enjoy our training. So it's very strong, very powerful, don't think twice about not using it, use a webcam for your business. Kathy Pabst Robshaw, total telephone effectiveness."
