"A lot of careers were sunk by someone who didn't know how to be politically correct in the work place. I'm Gloria Campbell and I'm President of Advantage Training Systems located in St. Petersburg Florida. How to be politically correct in the work place requires that there are several things that we do. The first thing is keep your opinions to yourself. Also, remember that there are several things that are best left not for discussion in the workplace. They are political affiliations, they're sexual orientations, there are religious affiliations. We all have opinions, they're all part of our lives, but you'll also find that in the workplace where there are diverse opinions about politics, about race, about gender, about sexual orientation. Those things seem to be a lightening rod and you're never going to have everyone agree on everything. So, the best thing that you can do in the workplace is leave those types of things outside. Make sure that when you're in the workplace you're there to do a job and that's what you're there for. My name is Gloria Campbell. I'm with Advantage Systems in St. Petersburg Florida. The best way to be politically correct in the workplace is to leave politics outside of the job."
