"You want to be a successful team player at work and I'm going to show you how. My name is Gloria Campbell with Advantage Training Systems located in Saint Petersburg, Florida. A successful team player will do several things at work to make sure that everyone understands they're on the team. The first thing that they'll do is what they're asked to do or what they agree to take on. As a team player, we each have a part of the bigger picture. Make sure that you know what your part is and then also make sure that you're committed to making sure that you don't let anyone down. Take that assignment, dissect it and make sure that you're on point and you get back your information. Remember that being part of a team means that each of us has an assignment. If one assignment is missed it affects the entire team. Make sure that you always have a great attitude about accepting assignments as part of the team. If you're not sure or you don't understand something, get clarification. Remember that as part of a team a successful team player carries their load. My name is Gloria Campbell. I'm with Advantage Training Systems located in Saint Petersburg, Florida. You want to be a successful team player. Make sure that you carry your own weight."
