First and foremost when you are looking for salaries with benefits and you are trying to research how much a radio dis jockey is going to make I would call in to your local radio station or even stop by to kind of get a feel of it of what is it they do and what are the beginning salary ranges as well as benefits. If you find that it is going to be suitable for you depending on the experience you have as well as well as where you are located. Obviously larger cities you will have a little bit more opportunity and more radio jobs than a rural small town. Now you can also go and continue your search on line like you are doing today. There are national associations for radio disc jockeys. You can look at your search engine and you can type in national association of disc jockeys as well as there is the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
