"Did you know that the avocado is actually referred to as green gold? My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions, and I'm going to show you how to make an at-home avocado facial mask. Avocado is so rich in vitamins A, D, and E. It's also an excellent source of potassium, sulpha, and chlorophyll. So it's a great skin enhancer, it's purifying and clarifying. What I've done is I've taken a half an avocado, and I've just mashed it with a fork 'til you get a nice, creamy guacamole look to it just like that. I'm going to add a little bit of almond oil, but you can also use sesame oil, and olive oil is great, too. Maybe just a teaspoon of that. There you go. And then we're going to add a tablespoon of yogurt -- just regular plain yogurt. Yogurt naturally refines the pores and reduces oiliness. So this is a great little addition to your avocado mask. It's kind of a great starter for guacamole, too, if you wanted that. Just get yourself some tortilla chips while you're sitting enjoying your mask. So you just want to mix it up, and you get a nice, light green color to it. It's so pretty. There you go. You're going to put that on your skin. You can use your fingers. You can use a facial brush that you can get at a beauty supply store. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, and your skin is going to be bright and smooth. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions, and that is how you make an avocado facial mask."
