"Do you enjoy making your own facial mask at home? My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions, and I'm going to show you how to make a honey and yogurt facial mask. This is actually an excellent mask, honey is good for smoothing and brightening the skin and yogurt is good for reducing the oiliness and refining the pores. So what we're going to do is, we're going to start with one egg white, which is also great for the skin. And we're going to put in a tablespoon of yogurt, just scoop it in there, just plain yogurt is good, don't get the low fat or anything like that, the fat is good for the lipids moisturization in the skin. And then I'm going to use a tablespoon of honey. Honey is also great for fighting infectious bacteria, we're going to put that in there, and then we're going to put a little bit of almond oil, almond oil is hydrating and it's really going to smooth- let me use my little spatula, whisk, kind of honey gets caught in the whisk. So we're going to stir it up. And if you want to you can always add essential oils in there. Lavender is great if you have dry skin, bergomot is great if you have oily skin. So this is an excellent mask to use any time, twice a week preferably. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions, and that is how you make a honey and yogurt mask."
