"Did you know that bananas are an excellent source of Vitamin C, B6 and potassium? My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley's Skin Solutions. I'm going to show how to make a banana facial mask. Not only are they good to eat but they are excellent for your skin too. They are great especially for dry skin. What you want to do for your recipe is two medium bananas and maybe three tablespoons of honey. But for today's purposes I have about a half of a banana and I've just mashed with a fork. That's really easy. It smells delicious. I have tablespoon of honey. Put it in there. Honey is an excellent skin brightner and toner. So you're going to mix that up. Yummy. Once you get it good and combined you are going want to take and smooth it onto your skin. Of course you can use your fingers for this. That's not going to hurt. If you have a facial brush you can use that too. You can find them at any beauty supply store. That's a fine way to put it on. You are going to leave it on for ten to fifteen minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Your skin is going to be beautiful and youthful and glowing. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley's Skin Solutions. That is how you make a banana mask."
