"Hello. My name is Carlos Davila, a personal trainer in New York City. In this clip we are going to talk about increasing breast size through exercise. We are not going to actually physically increase the breast size, but we are going to give the illusion of increasing the breast size. And the exercises you are going to focus on to facilitate this are exercises that protract your shoulders and bring your chest out more. So we are going to do simple things like grabbing a band and doing rolls. These rolls are essentially helping you increase the muscles in your back which will allow you to protect your shoulders more. You also want to do things like push ups. Another very simple exercise. Once again, working the chest and working your back muscles. You also want to focus on ab exercises because slimming of the waist is also going to give the illusion of an increased breast size. So still using the band you can do simple trunk rotations on either side. Again, you are just giving the illusion of increasing breast size. Once again, this is Carlos Davila, personal trainer, New York City."
