It may be embarrassing but you might need a family member with it. Next make sure to use baby wipes or a moist toilet paper when wiping after a bowel movement. Increasing fiber always helps, increasing water intake helps as that will make your stool softer and easier to pass. You can always use medications like creams and suppositories which are most effective in relieving any pain and discomfort.
