"Hi this is Liz Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida. In this clip we are going to talk about how to grow African hair long. This young lady has a very thick hair, she has a really coarse texture and what we do is we treat her hair once a week. I ask her to come and she roller sets her hair. I press her roots and then we go ahead and style it. So this is basically grown her hair out for a while. She also maintains her hair at home with really good conditioners and uses good products like the Moroccon oil. She uses a Moroccon mask, the semi delinos. She also uses the medilio shampoos and conditioner. To strengthen the hair and make it nice. And also it gives it moisture , so I put a lot of moisture in the hair to get this bounce and she trims it also. Because the misconception is people don't want to trim their hair, they feel that if you cut it too short it won't do anything, won't grow. But trimming the hair actually helps the hair stay healthy and grow so all those things in combination can grow this hair long and beautiful. Thank you this is Liz Muller."
