"Hi, I'm Nequan Peartree with Shoe Diva located in Wilmington, North Carolina, and I'm going to talk about how to coordinate shoes with the seasons. First things you want to consider when selecting shoes for the season time is, of course, the season. And we're referring to the spring or the summertime. Sandals are always a good option for the spring and summer. They let your feet breathe, you don't have to worry about your foot being hot and sweaty. As well as wedges, they're very good. And these two styles, wedges and thong sandals, are good to pair with Capri shorts, Bermuda shorts, dresses, pants, or even jeans. So they work very well in the spring and summertime. But if we're going to select shoes for the fall or winter, oxford shoes are very good for it...that style of season. They're not too hot, but they also provide it a definitely more coverage that a peep-toe shoe or a sandal would provide in that season. And then, also, we're going to select shoes for the wintertime. Boots are very good. They provide warmth, and they give you a lot of coverage still with great style. And they're versatile, as well. You can wear them with dresses, skirts, pants and even jeans. And then an all-purpose shoe that is good no matter the season is a pump. Pumps are always good for summer through winter, because you still can be stylish, but they provide coverage and they aren't as hot. And those are my tips on how to select shoes for the season."
