"Hi I'm Amelia and I'm going to talk to you about how to let your hair go back to its natural color. If your hair is fairly light too light for you and you want it to go back natural course you don't want to just let it grow out that's going to make it look a little, trashy. So what I recommend is going and having some lowlights put in and just by adding some lowlights you'll see how much more natural that looks. And she'll be able to let that just grow out and it wont be quite as painful and every every six eight twelve weeks she can go in just continue having more lowlights put in, the more lowlights you get the darker the hair is going to get. Till eventually she's almost completely back to her natural. Now if she's, dark and she's trying to get lighter 'cause her natural is lighter I recommend the exact opposite, just go and start having highlights put in. And the reason why I recommend highlights over an all over color is an all over color is going to be a lot more stressful on your hair than just highlighting, plus highlighting is a lot less gentle way and it's more graceful way to grow out anything you can go from dark to light light to dark natural to gray there's a lot of different ways that you can use highlights and lowlights in order to gracefully go back to your natural. So if she's naturally very very light and she's trying to go or naturally light and she's got dark on it she's trying to get back to her light again just keep doing highlights till they're heavier and heavier and heavier, and eventually she's all back to her natural. So it just depends on what you're trying to do partner with your hair designer and make sure that you guys come up with a plan that's both within your budget and means and how to get your hair back to your natural color and keep it looking great."
