"Hi, I'm Amelia and I'm going to talk to you about how to make your hair be soft, strong, and shiny. When, when looking at your hair, it's really more about is it damaged, and if so, what's going on with it. What's going to make hair strong is protein, but you need to be careful with protein because sometimes if you start adding too much protein to the hair, the hair can actually dry out. So, if you want it strong and soft, you really want a protein, maybe a protein based shampoo and a moisture conditioner, because that way you've got one to offset the other. And as far as shine goes, I'm a big proponent of shine sprays. Shine spray is something you put on the hair dry, because really, shine is something that's sort of lost over the day, you know, when you first get it colored, it looks really shiny, when you first style it, it looks really shiny, but as the day wears on, it tend to loose its shine. So this is something that you can keep in your purse and just lightly spray before you go out at night, and it's just going to add more shine. And as far as strength goes, I would say weekly treatments. If you get on a regime of a weekly strengthening treatment, a regular moisturizing color, I'm sorry, moisturizing color as well, a moisturizing conditioner. You could get a nice glaze that's clear, and that'll add a shine, that'll stay. Clairol makes one that's in the box called Happy, Happy Shine, and it works great. You put it on, stays on for ten minutes, you're out the door. And then, also your illuminating finish, you just spray on at the end, and that's going to help you keep that hair nice and shiny. And those are some ways that you can keep your hair soft, strong, and shiny."
