"Hi. I'm Chris Bryce from superservice.com. Today I'm going to show you how to format your system. Now to format your system the easiest way is to insert your operating system installation CD before you boot your computer. For instance, if you have Windows XP you would insert the Windows XP installation CD and then boot your system. The system is going to boot off the CD and allow you some options. There are recovery options and there's reinstallation options. I would go to the installation options section and when it asks you if you want to reinstall or install clean or new. I would choose the clean install or new install option. After you choose this option it's going to ask you if you want to format your drive. You say yes and it will walk you through the formatting of your drive. It will either do a quick format which is just a quick erasing of the files, or it will do a full format depending on your choice which will completely wipe everything out from the drive and start clean as if it was a new drive from the manufacturer. That's the easiest way to set up formatting of your system and get you ready to be able to install your operating system again."
