"Hello, today we're going to talk about, removing water spots, hard water spots, from your vehicle's windshield. It's going to be a two step process, that I'm going to show you today, and the first step, is we're just going to use our general window cleaner, to clean the windshield. Take our paper towel, back and forth motion. We're going to clean the area, and then we're going to follow up with a microfiber towel, just to make sure we don't have any streaks, or anything like that, that may prevent us from seeing the water spots, that we're trying to remove. The second step of our cleaning process, for removing hard water spots from the glass on your windshield. We're going to use a home based remedy.Something that most people have in their homes, is just regular white vinegar. What we're going to do right now, is just take some white vinegar, and this has already been diluted, half and half. I removed, I poured out half of the vinegar, and then replaced it with water, so this is a 50/50 mixture. It's still pretty strong and potent, but depending upon the severity of the water spots, you can go to 100% mixture of vinegar, but what you're going to do, is just wipe it in to the windshield, and what the vinegar does, it helps liquefy the residue, that are the water spots, which are basically just buildup, environmental buildup, calcium, and things like that. What the vinegar does, it liquefies it, and allows you to remove it, and so once you start rubbing it in, and you see the water spots starting to remove, you're going to follow it back up, with your window cleaner, and you're just going to remove that vinegar, and put that there. Use the other side of this microfiber towel, and that will remove, that's the basic process for removing water spots, from your car's windshield."
