First it's perfectly legal to start a financial business, and you don't need any licensing. But you do need a computer, you do need some software that'll help you track the people, and you do need to get a business certificate or license. There is no forms that you have to do, nobody tells you, you have to get a license to assist anybody in their financial troubles. It is good to know how to do credit repair, I wouldn't suggest just anybody, I would go to a professional. But you can start a business, take some courses, learn the business, and you can get started in just a few weeks to a month, or however long it takes in comfort zone that you're in. So basically what you have to do- also I would suggest to check in your states, the IRS, that you check with them to make sure that you're doing the business legitimately and following all your tax rules. So that's it, you can get started tomorrow if you'd like, but just make sure you know what you're talking about. Carrie Kukuda, thank you."
