"Hi, I'm Tod Amazeen. I've been an Internet business consultant for 15 years. I'm going to show you how to search for Section 8 homes. The first site we're going to use is called gosection8.com. So open your web browser and type in gosection8.com in the address bar and hit enter. To start searching for homes, click on the state drop down. Find the state you want to search for the house in. Select it. You can no modify your search by clicking on county, selecting the county, clicking on city, clicking on city that you want, and then clicking on search. And in the search results, you'll see some information about the home. Another site you can use is the HUD website. So on your web browser, click in the address bar and type in hud.gov and hit enter. On the HUD website in a section called "at your service," click on "apply for public housing in Section 8." Now click on "contact a public housing agency" in the housing choice voucher program section. And retrieve the contact information for the state in which you reside by clicking on the state name and clicking on "go to this page." You've just learned how to search for Section 8 homes.
