"How to find a mortgage lender, a good mortgage lender. Hi, my name's Adriel Torres. I'm the owner of ultimatecredittoday.com. To find a good mortgage lender, we all know there are thousands out there. As a matter of fact mortgage is probably one of the most search words on the Internet. Here's a suggestion. It's kind of a trick of the trade so to speak. You get your own credit report from the three bureaus on line, TransUnion, Equifax and Experion with your score. You then go to the different lenders that perhaps you know someone in the business or a friend of a friend or find different lenders on line, you provide them with your own credit report where they see your credit score. After all, the rate on a mortgage and terms are going to be based on your credit rating or your score. You provide them with your credit report instead of them pulling your credit report which can potentially drop your score since it's called an inquiry and the bureaus don't like to see too many inquiries. So provide your credit reports to say ten different lenders and whoever gives you the best rate, the best terms and the least points or charge you the least, is going to be your best lender. And that's the way to find the best lender for your mortgage. Again, my name's Adriel Torres. I'm the owner of ultimatecredittoday.com. Thank you very much."
