"You were just lookin' at your policy for car insurance, and you're not quite sure what all these different limits and coverages mean. My name is James, with The Resurgence Group. We're a full service insurance agency. We specialize in car insurance. The first thing that I'm going to suggest is that you call your agent, or maybe walk into their office and have them explain the different types of coverages and limits, so that in the event of a car accident you understand exactly what you're covered for. The one thing that's very important is that these days some people are running around without car insurance. Well, there's a limit in there called uninsured motorist, and it means exactly that. In the event that the person that you have an accident with is uninsured your own policy is going to pay for your coverage in the event that you are hurt, so it's very important to carry that uninsured motorist, and there are different types of limits. Could be ten/twenty, it could be up to a million dollars, and it there's a cost associated with that, so you might want to think about how much premium you're willin' to spend for that type of coverage. So again, what I would suggest is get with your agent. They could give you a rate sheet as to how much more premium it's going to cost for uninsured motorist. But it's well worth line item to have, and especially if you don't have it you might want to think about getting it. I'm James, with The Resurgence Group. We have many clients that come into our office, and we sit down and we discuss exactly what we're doing, and we figure out the best insurance for the best premium, and they're a happy client."
