"Military people definitely offer a lot to us. But when they retire, how do we address them. Well, hi, I'm Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling. And I'm here to tell you, how to address a retired military. First of all, show respect. That is the key. Even if they're retired or they're still active. You always want to show respect. After all, they serve our country. Of course, you always know that there are different ranks in the military. So you may want to know in advance, what is their rank? Of course, if you're just meeting that person. Make sure that you actually ask them. Or they usually just tell you their rank. For example, General Mels or Petty Officer Algraz or whatever it is. And basically after that, once you start talking to them. If they ask you a question. You may go ahead and tell them. Yes ma'am or yes sir. That is really how you're supposed to be conversing with them. Using the words, sir and ma'am. But just remember that always addressing a letter or addressing. Basically, introducing them to other people. Always use their rank first and then heir name. Alright, so I'm Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling. And always remember, show respect for our military. They serve our country, they do a great job. So, God Bess America!"
