"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you how to use the Outlook calendar. Let's launch Outlook and you'll see over here on the left side of the Outlook screen the entry for calendar. Now what we have here is a calendar that's in Outlook. To create a new item, just double click on a day and that brings up the new item screen. Let's create my new calendar entry here and we can either set it as an all day event or we can create times for my calendar entry. I'm going to create times for this one. Let's say it starts at 10:00 o'clock in the morning and it will last until 3:00 o'clock P.M. It even tells you that that would be five hours. So, let's click save. Here's my entry that I've just created on my Outlook calendar. I can change it to the day view and you can see here my entry is showing up on that particular day blocking out five hours of my day. I can either, also click on the week view and I'll see what I have to do for that entire week. The month view shows you everything that you have to do for that month. It's that easy to use the calendar. My name is Dave Andrews and I've just showed you how to use the Outlook calendar."
