"The best way to lose fat by jogging is by determining your target heart rate. What you want to do is take one forty and minus your age from that. Then you're going to add twenty to that. That is going to be your target heart rate. You want to try to stand that at least to twenty minutes. Anything under that is just going to be in general a good cardiovascular workout. Anything above twenty minutes in your target heart rate, that's when you're getting into the deep storages of fat. Most health clubs are going to offer a treadmill that does keep tract of your heart rate. There's usually sensors on the handles and you can check that every couple of minutes just to make sure you're staying in your zone. OK. So, if you don't have access to a club, or you prefer to run outside. To determine your heart rate, you're going to want to take your first and second finger, run down the side of your neck. You're going to feel your heart beat. You're going to count to ten and then you're going to times that by six. That's going to be your heart rate. So you want to make sure you're staying right in to your target to burn that body fat."
