on 5/14/2009 Yeah!.... What he said!

According to the definitions of ""Designing"" or ""Creating"" this is does neither... the more apropriate title would be "How to INSERT Pre-loaded Stationery into your Messages"

on 4/13/2009 The video is named "How to Design Personalized Stationery for Microsoft Outlook Mail" , the instruction is "adding a pre-installed stationary" not "Designing" one to place yourself. How do you do that in Outlook 2007??
