"If you've ever wondered about creative ways to market your massage business, I can help. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae. Now when you're choosing to market your massage business, creativity really counts and here's some good tips. The first thing you can do is create brochures, fliers and business cards and make sure you have all your important information of course, your name and your license number which is actually mandatory on every piece of advertising that you do. It's also good to include a coupon in those fliers, brochures or business cards because people really do like to save money. And for example, you could have them save 20%, 25% off their first massage. Word of mouth actually even in this modern day is a really effective way to advertise. The third way is you can advertise in a natural health publication and those are very popular, you can find them in natural health restaurants, health food stores and those are actually really, really effective. The fourth thing you can do is send a press release to a neighborhood paper and actually write a little story about yourself and your company and it's a really good way to get your, the word out about your business to your neighborhood in your local business. The fifth thing you can do is throw a spa party and actually a really good way to do this is to find other therapists of different occupations and throw a party, that way you're not competing with anyone in your same occupation and you can help each other cross market. Another way is to join your local chamber of commerce and this is actually a really invaluable tool to really get to know your local community and help thread your business into the local economy. T-shirts are great way to market your business, especially if you have an eye catching name or logo. And the last way to market your business is to donate your time. And you can either do this through chair massage at local sporting events like golf tournaments, tennis tournaments and even marathons or at nursing homes and you can give compassionate touch massage to an elderly person. So I hope I've helped you gain a little bit of insight on how to market your massage business. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae."
