"Are you interested on how to have healthy teeth. Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutions and I'm going to explain to you on how to get better healthy teeth. Basically you really want to make sure that you brush them and floss your teeth three times a day. At least three times a day if you are not able to do it three times a day, then at least once a day or twice a day. In the morning right when you wake up, right before you go to bed. Especially right before you go to bed because you don't want to leave any bacteria or debris on your teeth that could settle over night and then turn it into decay. So basically you really want to make sure you brush and floss your teeth two times a day. Use a mouth rinse to help flush out any debris in between your teeth. Also to you, drinking milk is a great form of building the strength of your teeth because of the calcium that's in milk. It will provide more strength and buildup your enamel. So if, in order to attain healthy teeth, you really need to brush and floss three times a day and do see your general dentist at least two times a year. Once again my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutions and I just explained to you on how you can have healthy teeth."
